When the obsessive complainer stop everything he is doing to vent his feelings, the undistracted person have already moved on and get ahead in life. A leader goes out to prove something works, while the follower uses something that has been proven to work.


If someone asks you something about your business and your answer is "I do not know." Then you are an employee, not a CEO. The minimum standard of leaders is to know everything that's happening in the business he is leading.
